Cubic³ is seeking a SIM Engineer Level I to join our SIM Engineering team in Madrid. You will deliver SIM/eSIM solutions, manage card logistics, and provide technical support to global customers, working with the latest eSIM and connectivity standards.
You will design profiles, develop Java Card applets, and create documentation while collaborating with mobile core networks, security, and device vendors. Office presence is required during probation with flexibility after.

The Role
We are looking for a SIM Engineer Level I with hands-on experience in SIM and eSIM technologies. You will join a dynamic SIM Engineering team and play a key role in delivering Cubic³ solutions within the evolving SIM/eSIM Remote SIM Provisioning technology domain.
The SIM Engineer Level I will contribute to building advanced connectivity solutions, managing SIM/eSIM card logistics and fulfilment, and providing technical support to our global customers. You will work directly with the latest developments in eSIM and emerging connectivity standards.

New hires at Cubic³ are required to work onsite five days a week during their six‑month probation period to get to know the company, their team, and our ways of working. After probation, we offer a flexible arrangement of up to eight work‑from‑home days per month, provided it aligns with business needs and performance standards. This arrangement is not a given for all roles.
