Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) seeks a Global Export & Agency Finance Associate based out of our Madrid area office. You will support origination and structuring of MLA transactions, coordinating with NY and Hong Kong teams and interacting with MLAs such as MIGA, IBRD, EBRD, and EIB.

The role requires an outstanding academic record, strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work with clients, MLAs, and colleagues in a demanding environment.

Formación

• Minimum 4-5 years in advisory and/or lending structured/Project/Export & Agency Finance transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Engineering.
• English and Spanish required; Portuguese or French are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with origination activities and prep of high‑quality marketing materials.
• Contribute to business development and MLA product opportunities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, E&S, Syndication, Middle Office and Project Finance teams.
• Structure and execute transactions with Multilateral Agencies and provide advisory support.
