Santander's SCIB Global Export & Agency Finance team in Madrid is seeking a capable Associate based in Boadilla. You will help originate and structure MLA transactions, coordinating with NYC and Hong Kong offices to serve large corporate clients.

The role requires 4–5 years in advisory or lending, a finance-related degree, and fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese or French are a plus; strong PowerPoint and presentation skills are essential for client-ready materials.

Formación

• Minimum of 4-5 years in advisory, lending structured/Project/Export & Agency Finance.
• Experience leading deal teams across geographies and internal departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering.
• Languages: English and Spanish mandatory; Portuguese or French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with business origination activities and prepare top-quality marketing and internal materials.
• Coordinate with bankers and Multilateral Agencies for new MLAs products and opportunities.
• Drive internal coordination across Legal, Compliance, E&S, Syndication, Middle Office, Project Finance, etc.
• Structure and execute transactions together with Multilateral Agencies and provide advisory roles.
• Design value-added financing solutions as the team develops more complex structures.
