Sandoz is seeking a Senior Manager Executive Rewards to lead governance, analytics, and reporting for Board and Executive compensation. You will drive data integrity for disclosures, coordinate with Finance, Investor Relations, and Legal, and manage compensation processes across EC and the Board.

In this role you will ensure IFRS compliance, prepare reports for AGM and shareholder platforms, and support the global rewards governance framework.

Formación

• Finance qualification required.
• MBA or postgraduate in Finance/Accounting preferred.
• Fluent English is mandatory; German and/or French desirable.
• Finance or Accounting experience in complex, international companies.
• Knowledge of SEC and IFRS regulations surrounding Executive Compensation is a plus.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Proven analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Governance and Compliance: develop systems to compile, analyze, and deliver compensation data for disclosures in line with IFRS.
• Consolidate payroll, equity, and benefits data for EC & BoD compensation calculations.
• Prepare and format data for compensation reports and notes to financial statements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, and external providers for annual reports and audits.
• Coordinate EC & Board compensation across functions and validate data for reporting.
• Prepare compensation reports for the Board and document processes.
