Job summary

TransPerfect Translations International is seeking a Learning Experience Consultant in Barcelona to shape, deliver, and implement learning strategies aligned to client goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders across modalities to drive capability development and measurable impact.

You will lead workshops, map learning flows, and coordinate across creative, technology, production and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality learning experiences for global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• 4–5 years in a client-facing, account management or customer services role.
• 2–3 years in Localization or Training/eLearning as a Solutions Architect or Instructional Designer.
• Expert knowledge of instructional design models and learning technologies.
• Experience with eLearning tools: PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Rise.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose business and performance needs with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead workshops to refine ideas and build consensus.
• Coordinate design, tech, production and operations for timely delivery.
• Measure impact using feedback and evaluation data for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Sales to develop compelling learning proposals.
• Oversee account health and project delivery, including budgeting.
