You will mentor leaders, foster a culture of excellence, and coordinate standards implementation with cross-functional partners. A strong background in energy systems and grid technologies is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (or related field).
• Strong track record in global leadership within engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the engineering deliverables and performance management for GPQSS.
• Lead the global engineering processes and governance for GPQSS.
• Mentor and develop engineering leaders and teams.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Drive global strategies and digitalization initiatives in GPQSS.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure operational excellence and alignment.
