RES is a global renewable energy company seeking an Employee Relations Senior Manager to provide executive HR legal guidance on complex projects and to ensure compliance across jurisdictions. This role requires close collaboration with business leadership and the People & Culture function to manage intricate employee matters.

The position leads global labour relations, oversees Spanish labour law, guides cross-border employment issues, and conducts audits while shaping relations with works

Formación

• Extensive experience in senior roles in Labor Relations or Employment Law.
• Proven ability to manage complex ER cases, disputes, restructurings and negotiations.
• Experience with works councils and unions; international exposure is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute global labour relations strategy aligned with priorities.
• Act as primary authority on Spanish labour law; ensure compliance.
• Provide labour guidance across jurisdictions to support international growth.
• Lead internal and external labour audits for compliance.
• Manage relationships with works councils, employee representatives, and unions.
• Lead collective bargaining processes and negotiations.
• Represent the company in labour-related proceedings with social partners and authorities.
