Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a senior Employee Listening Lead to shape and run its global listening program from Madrid. You will own the calendar across surveys, plus design onboarding, exit, and lifecycle questionnaires, with cross-country coordination and data privacy in mind.

You will analyze results with Qualtrics and R/Python, present to the Senior Leadership Team, and drive manager action through practical guidance and AI-enabled tools. Hybrid working in Madrid is offered.

Qualifications

Must have a university degree in a related field.
Experience running surveys at scale in a multinational setting.
Strong knowledge of survey methodology and cross-cultural administration.
Hands-on use of R or Python with Qualtrics data.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Own the global employee listening calendar across census, pulse surveys, and lifecycle surveys.
Expand listening portfolio beyond annual surveys with onboarding, exit, lifecycle, and pulse programs.
Design surveys, ensure translation and cultural equivalence, and define sampling approaches.
Run driver analysis, significance testing, and segmentation across the organization.
Translate results into concise narratives for Senior Leadership and HR partners.
Enable managers with guidance and AI-enabled tools, tracking adoption and impact.
Ensure GDPR compliance and data protection in all listening activities.
