Job summary

POWER PROBE EUROPE in Asturias is seeking an E-commerce & Marketplace Specialist to help grow online sales across international markets, mainly Amazon and Shopify. You will manage orders, listings, inventory and campaigns, working closely with the E-commerce Manager on day-to-day operations.

The role is on-site in Argame, Spain, with a Monday to Friday schedule and focus on international expansion across EMEA and the US. Fluency in English and strong digital skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or online order management.
• Practical experience or operational knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Basic Canva skills and good Excel knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily orders, returns and customer issues across Amazon, Shopify and other online platforms.
• Maintain and optimise product listings, descriptions, images and digital content.
• Support marketplace administration, invoicing, payments and commissions.
• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment and Amazon FBA shipments.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Create and edit basic digital content using Canva and other tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through digital tools and AI.
