• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing 52 hours of training per year.

Responsibilities

• Drive global operations strategies and principles to enable world class performance.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, and profitability within the department.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff while ensuring policy compliance.
• Improve operational performance through analytics and observation.
