Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation or related field.
• 10+ years leadership in deploying robotics, mechatronics and automation in manufacturing.
• Proven global partnerships with robotics suppliers and system integrators.
• Experience in matrix organisations and Centre of Excellence perspectives.
• Strong ROI focus and capital-portfolio management across projects.
• Deep knowledge of OT/IT integration and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end global robotics and automation strategy.
• Lead a multi-year automation roadmap and a global centre of excellence.
• Build and govern standards, governance, and best practices for deployment.
• Drive capital planning, ROI, payback and project portfolio alignment.
