Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics or related field.
• 10+ years leadership experience deploying advanced robotics, mechatronics and automation in large-scale manufacturing.
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships with robotics suppliers, automation technology providers and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end global robotics and automation strategy.
• Serve as Kerry’s global subject matter expert for robotics and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Lead multi-year automation roadmap and Centre of Excellence across regions.
• Transform automation into a core enabler of business performance.
• Monitor and govern project portfolio with ROI-focused capital planning.
