TSMG Holding seeks a Senior Teleoperations Lead to oversee robotics operations teams supporting AI training, testing, and deployments. You will coordinate teleoperators, ensure excellence, and liaise with field ops, engineering, and clients.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a passion for emerging technologies with experience in robotics or mission-critical programs. On-site work is expected.

Formación

• Previous experience leading operational teams in technology-driven environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in robotics operations, teleoperations, autonomous systems, fleet management, or control rooms.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, project-based environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teleoperations teams across multiple shifts.
• Monitor KPIs and productivity metrics to ensure targets.
• Coordinate robot deployment schedules and readiness.
• Manage incident escalation and resolution processes.
• Serve as primary operations contact for internal and external stakeholders.
