Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Director of Asset Lifecycle Management and Utilities to maximize asset value across the lifecycle. You will shape strategies, standards and programs for ALM, energy efficiency, and resilience, partnering with global functions and regional teams within Kerry’s hybrid work model.

The role requires deep engineering expertise, leadership of cross-functional teams, and a focus on sustainability, risk management, and digital asset integration to support growth and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in asset management and utilities.
• Experience developing global standards in multi-site environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 55000 standards and CMMS/EAM solutions.
• Experience with insurance providers, risk engineers, and loss prevention.
• Ability to integrate energy, carbon, water and resilience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy multi-year ALM strategy aligned with growth and sustainability.
• Establish global asset design, maintainability, reliability and lifecycle cost standards.
• Define asset criticality frameworks and lifecycle processes across sites.
• Embed energy, carbon and climate resilience into asset decisions.
• Lead utility systems improvements and energy management initiatives.
• Drive capital project integration with asset lifecycle principles.
• Drive digital asset management and data analytics initiatives.
