Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing in nightlife, events, entertainment, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue, ticket sales and audience growth via digital campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) and CRM/email tools.
• Strong analytics, attribution and tracking with GA4, GTM and related tools.
• Data-driven with solid project and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; nightlife or luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Must be personally based on Ibiza island with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive revenue, bookings, ticket sales and brand growth.
• Plan, manage and optimize campaigns across paid media, CRM, email marketing, social media and partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to maximize ROAS.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships and campaign delivery across channels.
• Oversee analytics, tracking and conversion measurement for accurate reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities, new audience segments and partnerships to expand reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams, promoters, artists and external partners for campaigns and brand experiences.
