Novartis in Barcelona is seeking a Product Manager for Digital Finance to shape AI-enabled finance products that empower thousands of users. You will own the product strategy, drive adoption, and collaborate with design, engineering, and data science teams across a global organization.

You will translate finance challenges into user-centered requirements, monitor performance, and lead cross-functional delivery in a hybrid work environment. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Proven PM experience with ownership of strategy and outcomes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Experience translating finance challenges to product requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Understanding of AI concepts and applying them to product management.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
