The Confidential employer in Palma de Mallorca seeks a Social Transformation and International Cooperation Officer to lead the technical delivery of education and development projects. You will design and implement interactive activities and campaigns to drive sustainable global change.

Based on Mallorca, the role includes a 6-month contract with renewal potential, 30 hours/week (Mon-Fri 09:00-15:00), and a gross salary of 1,836 EUR per month.

Formación

• University degree in international development or related field.
• Proven experience managing educational or international cooperation projects.
• Own vehicle for local mobility as required by projects.
• Motivation to work within community-driven social development initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the comprehensive technical cycle of international cooperation and sustainable development education projects.
• Designing, organizing, and facilitating interactive educational activities and awareness-raising campaigns.
• Monitoring project milestones, preparing technical documentation, and tracking program outcomes.
• Collaborating with local and international stakeholders to promote community engagement and social impact in Palma.
