Confidential employer in Palma, Mallorca seeks an Entrepreneurship Specialist to support emerging projects, guide founders, and promote cooperative enterprises across the island. You will design training programs, conduct mentoring sessions, and foster networking among participants to turn ideas into practical ventures.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), have at least 12 months of relevant experience, fluent English, and a valid Class B

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE).
• At least 12 months of professional experience in entrepreneurship support or mentoring.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid Class B driver's license with own car for local travel across Palma.
• Strong advisory skills and ability to conduct workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Promoting entrepreneurship initiatives and cooperative enterprise models.
• Designing, developing, and executing training programs for future founders.
• Conducting structured mentoring sessions to guide entrepreneurs.
