Confidential employer in Manacor, Mallorca, seeks a Career Advisor to guide young people toward solid educational and vocational foundations. The role focuses on developing tailored labor market insertion pathways and delivering ongoing support through intake, diagnostics, and mentoring.

You will hold a university degree in psychology, pedagogy, or social education, be fluent in Catalan, and demonstrate strong digital and computer skills.

Are you passionate about social guidance and helping young people build a solid foundation for their future? A private entity active in social, sociocultural, and community services is looking for a dedicated Career Advisor to join the team in Manacor, Mallorca.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing tailored labor market insertion pathways.
• Conducting initial reception, intake interviews, and comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Providing active guidance, mentoring, and continuous follow-up to support youth through their educational, personal, and vocational development.

What you bring to the position:

• A university degree in the social sciences field, specifically Psychology, Pedagogy, or Social Education.
• Advanced proficiency in Catalan to communicate effectively with participants and local partners.
• High-level digital competence and strong computer skills.

• A permanent contract (contrato indefinido) providing long-term job stability.
• A gross monthly salary of 2,128.46 EUR.
• A regular schedule from Monday to Friday, covering 5 mornings and 2 afternoons to be agreed upon.
