Bayer is seeking a Global Data & AI Acceleration Lead to drive governance and AI-enabled consumer data initiatives across regions. You will shape product ownership for AI-powered data tools, oversee data ingestion, taxonomy maintenance, and quality remediation, and accelerate adoption of intelligent consumer insights throughout the organization.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams with IT, Data Science, and Marketing Technology to deliver measurable commercial impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, or related field (master preferred).
• 5+ years in media analytics, digital data, MMM, or related analytical roles.
• Expertise in digital media measurement and marketing science.
• Experience translating consumer, media, and measurement needs into AI-ready data structures and prompts.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define global data quality standards, taxonomies, consent frameworks, and mapping rules across sources and regions.
• Design global data classification systems for cross-market consistency and privacy compliance.
• Operate data quality monitoring, automated scoring, and consent validation processes.
• Lead remediation workflows for data integrity and compliance across teams.
• Act as cross-functional Product Owner for AI-powered consumer data products and roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into AI product requirements including prompts and identity frameworks.
