Bayer CropScience Limited seeks a Global Data & AI Acceleration Lead to govern and activate global consumer data for AI-powered personalization and activation. You will partner with Media, Consumer, and Analytics teams to shape AI tools and scalable data operations.

The role focuses on data ingestion, consent governance, taxonomy maintenance, and building data products with an emphasis on quality and business impact across markets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in media analytics, data quality, or marketing science.
• Strong knowledge of digital media measurement and MMM methods.

Responsabilidades

• Define and enforce global data quality standards and taxonomies across regions.
• Own AI-powered consumer data roadmap and acceptance criteria with IT and Marketing Tech.
• Coordinate data governance and consent frameworks with cross-functional teams.
