AstraZeneca plc in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Director, Global Commercial Data, AI & Reporting Excellence to shape enterprise data strategy, governance and AI-enabled platforms across the global commercial function. You will lead Data Product Owners and Platform Leads, aligning with IT, Finance and regional teams to deliver value.

The role drives responsible AI, scalable reporting, and adoption metrics while partnering with GIBEx and BBU to prioritise investments and ensure data quality

Formación

• Significant senior leadership experience in commercial data, analytics, AI, digital products or data platforms.
• Ownership of an enterprise data and AI strategy with end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architecture, cloud platforms and APIs.
• Experience with AI literacy including ML, generative AI and governance controls.
• Expertise in data-product and platform management, roadmaps and adoption metrics.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, security and regulatory expectations.

• Deliver measurable value via adoption and ROI tracking.
• Orchestrate enterprise delivery across global teams and partners.
• Lead talent and partners, manage budgets and risks.
• Advise senior leaders with clear business options and risk trade-offs.
