CrowdStrike is seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Sales Trainer and SME to design and deliver training that elevates the proficiency of our global internal technical and partner Sales Engineers. You will architect curricula that translates deep cybersecurity and AI expertise into scalable learning assets, while validating content effectiveness through instruction.

Travel is required, and fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years in presales engineering, training, or cybersecurity consulting.
• Expertise in enterprise cybersecurity: SOC, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, Threat Intelligence, Identity, Cloud Security.
• Ability to author comprehensive, instructionally effective training materials.
• IT infrastructure knowledge with architectural context for training.
• Excellent communication, ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Understanding of enterprise sales motions (discovery, demos, POV) and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• Curiosity, competitiveness, and growth mindset.
• Experience applying AI to enhance decisions and workflows.
• Willingness to travel; fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver training to internal and partner Sales Engineers.
• Create curricula, labs, and assessments covering the sales lifecycle through POVs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate curriculum development and content updates.
• Develop architecture-aware, context-rich training materials.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure effective learning assets.
• Maintain content relevance with threat landscape and product updates.
• Prepare enablement content before product launches for readiness.
