Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) in Barcelona is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our international team. You will manage orders, oversee the OTC cycle, and serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and experience with SAP S/4Hana and Salesforce. English is essential, French or Italian is a plus. Hybrid work with remote days is available.

Formación

• Proven experience in international customer service or order management.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Solid knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4Hana (Order Entry and Invoicing).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process customer orders and renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure smooth execution of the Order-to-Cash cycle from entry to invoicing.
• Act as main contact between customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Purchasing, Shipping, Tech Support).
• Provide proactive communication and problems resolution to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with global Customer Operations teams for alignment and consistency.
• Collect and maintain master data from Salesforce, SAP S/4Hana, and other sources.
• Support the Head of Customer Operations and contribute to team initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and company policies.
