This role requires leading a team responsible for the lifecycle management of customer records, ensuring compliance with global standards and internal audit protocols, and driving data quality initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 5 years of experience in Master Data Management. Strong proficiency in ERP systems and data tools is also necessary.

Formación

• 5+ years in Master Data Management or Contact Center experience.
• Ability to manage a team across different time zones.
• Experience developing and leading a high performing team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer records.
• Ensure compliance with global standards and internal audit protocols.
• Monitor data for completeness, accuracy, and uniqueness.
• Act as the escalation point for complex data issues.

Conocimientos

ERP Proficiency: Oracle, SalesForce, SAP

High proficiency in Excel

Data visualization tools: Power BI, Reporting Tools, Tableau

Understanding of Quote‑to‑Cash processes

Strong business acumen

Influencing stakeholders

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or Data Management
