Keysight Technologies is seeking a Customer Master Data Supervisor to lead a global CDM team responsible for end-to-end customer records—from setup to data cleansing and archiving. You will balance daily oversight with governance, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance across regions.

The role requires ERP proficiency, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to drive process improvements across Sales, Finance and IT in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or Data Management.
• 5+ years in Master Data Management or Contact Center.
• ERP proficiency in Oracle, Salesforce, SAP or similar systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across countries/departments and manage teams across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as escalation point for cross-department data issues (Sales vs Finance).

• Drive data cleansing, governance, and periodic maintenance (dormancy, duplicates).
• Identify opportunities for automation and partner with IT, Sales, and Supply Chain to enable changes.

The Customer Master Data Supervisor leads a team of specialists to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer records—from initial setup and credit checks to data cleansing and archiving. This role balances day-to-day operational oversight with strategic data governance, ensuring that all data entries comply with global standards, legal tax requirements, and internal audit protocols.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations

• Workload Coordination: Distribute and supervise the daily tasks of the CDM team to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for record creation and updates are met.
• Performance Management: Set clear KPIs for team members, provide regular coaching, and conduct annual performance reviews. Establishes, maintain and execute on business controls and processes.
• Escalation Point: Act as the first point of contact for complex data issues or disputes between departments (e.g., "Sales vs. Finance").
• Provide leadership to the team, helping in defining yearly priorities and ongoing project related to Customer Data Mgmt

Data Quality & Governance

• Integrity Oversight: Monitor data for completeness, accuracy, and uniqueness (preventing duplicate customer profiles).
• Standardization: Develop and enforce global naming conventions, address formats, and tax documentation requirements.
• Data Cleansing: Lead periodic maintenance projects to keep data accurate (e.g. dormancy, fake, etc...).

Compliance & Audit

• SOX/Internal Controls: Ensure all data changes have proper documentation and approval workflows to meet Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) or local compliance standards.
• Tax & Legal Validation: Verify tax IDs (VAT/GST) and ensure customers are not on restricted or "denied party" lists for international trade.

Process Improvement

• Automation: Identify opportunities to use AI or other tools/processes to speed up data entry and validation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure data structures support new business initiatives or software rollouts.

Qualifications

• ERP Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Oracle, SalesForce, SAP or similar systems
• Data Tools: High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools like Power BI, Reporting Tools or Tableau.
• Process Knowledge: Good understanding of the Quote-to-Cash processes and attention to detail.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or Data Management.
• Experience: 5+ years in Master Data Management or Contact Center
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate customer/stakeholders needs, market dynamics, and strategy into effective processes, solutions and decisions.
• Networking: The ability to influence stakeholders in different countries or departments.
• The role requires managing a team across different time zones.
