Puig Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Global Creative & Innovation Manager to lead the evolution of creative excellence across Puig's media ecosystem. You will enable brands and markets with scalable production frameworks, AI-powered solutions, and data-driven best practices.

In this role, you will bridge Creative, Media, Brand, Production and Technology teams, ensuring assets are designed for performance and efficiently produced across digital touchpoints.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Digital Production, Creative Strategy, Media Production or Creative Technology.
• Experience working in a creative agency, media agency, production company or global marketing organization.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving creative production, media and technology.
• Experience mentoring team members and fostering collaborative ways of working.
• Experience within Beauty, Luxury or Consumer Goods is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define global standards for creative production and ensure assets are optimized for platforms.
• Design scalable playbooks, frameworks, and guidelines for production.
• Design and optimize global workflows to improve speed, quality and consistency.
• Lead GenAI and content automation initiatives and evaluate new tools.
• Translate innovation into practical business solutions and develop training programs.
