Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Corporate Security Manager based in Spain to lead a comprehensive security strategy across international operations. You will oversee internal investigations, fraud prevention, background screening, and physical security, managing a team of specialists and shaping a mature security function.

This leadership role requires collaboration with Legal, HR, Finance, Risk, and Cyber Defense while driving risk-based improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading sensitive internal investigations from intake to closure.
• Ability to distinguish allegations vs. facts and reach defensible conclusions.
• Experience in fraud prevention, insider-risk, and data-driven investigations.
• Proven ability to establish proportionate case-management, evidence handling, confidentiality, and review procedures.
• Experience translating findings into practical controls and remediation ownership.
• Strong leadership to manage a team of security specialists across functions.
• Excellent collaboration with HR, Legal, Finance, Risk, and tech teams on sensitive matters.
• Knowledge of physical-security controls, access governance, CCTV, and incident escalation.
• Strong reporting and communication skills with concise management updates.
• Crisis management and business-continuity coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Security function, define operating model, priorities, methodologies, and team development.
• Oversee internal investigations, case intake, prioritization, evidence requirements, and formal closure.
• Strengthen investigation practices with OSINT and evidence handling standards.
• Manage background screening for sensitive roles in collaboration with HR and Legal.
• Improve internal controls by driving remediation actions across multiple functions.
• Monitor remediation and risk exposure, escalate overdue actions and issues.
• Oversee physical security, access controls, CCTV, and site assessments.
• Coordinate safety and resilience initiatives, travel security, and crisis management.
• Collaborate on technical security matters with Cyber Defense and specialists.
• Support high-risk decisions with executive leadership and independent oversight.
