Farmaprojects, part of Polpharma Group, is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal Affairs team and support our international operations. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating and managing commercial and corporate agreements across the pharmaceutical business.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, manage the full contract lifecycle, identify and mitigate risks, handle pre‑litigation and litigation matters, coordinate external counsel, and contribute to process improvements and

Responsabilités

• Support the company's domestic and international activity by providing legal advice and handling commercial and corporate matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial documents and agreements, including licensing, supply, distribution, co-development, confidentiality and service agreements
• Manage the full contract lifecycle for assigned products, projects and business partners.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal and contractual risks while enabling business objectives.
• Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters assigned by the Legal Affairs Department.
• Coordinate and manage external legal advisors when required.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Business Development, Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and other functions to support business initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, contract management practices and operational efficiency within the Legal Affairs function.
• Participate in strategic projects and new business initiatives as the organization continues to evolve and grow.
