The role

You will act as a trusted legal partner to Commercial, Regulatory, Quality and Operations teams, handling:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (distribution, supply, manufacturing, licensing, services, NDAs).
• Corporate governance and cross-border matters.
• Legal support in a regulated pharma environment.
• Day-to-day GDPR contractual topics.
• Coordination with IT on cybersecurity/compliance matters (non-implementation role)
• Managing external counsel.

Profile

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial & corporate law.
• Strong negotiation skills and international exposure.
• Experience in pharma/life sciences is a plus.
• Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
