Formación

• 2–4 years of experience as a corporate Lawyer in a law firm or in-house.
• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written (C1).
• Strong legal technical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts including NDA and agency agreements.
• Managing the contract database and corporate secretarial duties.
• Handling legal queries from different departments.
