Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a Specialist Group Governance Legal professional to maintain core entity data, support governance reporting, and drive automation across the global subsidiary network. You will ensure data accuracy, compliance status, and provide insights to leadership.

You will collaborate with country organizations and global teams, develop governance templates, and promote responsible use of AI in data quality and reporting. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of governance, data or legal-entity experience.
• Experience producing governance reports, dashboards or MI.
• Strong digital aptitude and knowledge of data analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of core legal entity data including directors and ownership.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc governance reports for entities and compliance.
• Develop and maintain corporate structure charts and dashboards.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting corporate entities and governance.
• Drive digitalization and automation of governance processes and data management.
