Sandoz Spain is seeking a Governance and Legal Data Specialist to support corporate data accuracy and governance across the global subsidiary portfolio. You will maintain core entity information, generate governance reports and dashboards, and drive automation of governance processes using data and AI tools.

You will collaborate with local and global teams to ensure data integrity, support annual compliance obligations, and implement controls to strengthen data reliability while advancing

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; law focus preferred.
• Experience producing governance reports, dashboards, and corporate structure charts.
• Strong digital aptitude with data analytics and AI solutions to improve processes.
• Excellent English working proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain core legal entity data, including directors, officers and ownership structures.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc governance reports and dashboards.
• Develop governance structure charts and management information for stakeholders.
• Monitor global regulatory changes affecting corporate entities and governance.
