Tradebe seeks a Corporate Business Development Manager to originate and execute greenfield, brownfield and M&A initiatives across six countries, including market screening, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination. You will shape strategic growth and support executive decision-making in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity with deal origination experience, plus fluent English and Spanish, and

Formación

• Bachelor in Finance required.
• 8–12 years’ experience in Investment Banking (M&A), Management Consulting or Private Equity with deal origination experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and execute greenfield, brownfield and M&A projects.
• Screen markets to identify new investment opportunities.
• Lead target assessment, business planning, M&A valuation and stakeholder coordination.
• Support execution of strategic projects: scoping, planning, analysis and recommendations.
• Provide ad hoc strategic analysis to support executive decision-making.
