Tradebe Environmental Services seeks a Corporate Business Development Manager to originate and execute greenfield, brownfield and M&A projects across its international footprint. You will screen markets, lead assessments and coordinate stakeholders to deliver strategic value.

Key Responsibilities
Being involved in all aspects of originating and executing greenfield/brownfield and M&A projects
Actively screening the market to identify potential new investment opportunities
Leading target detailed assessment, business planning, M&A valuation and coordination of key stakeholders
Supporting the execution of strategic projects: project scoping and work planning, strategic analysis, formalization of recommendations, coordination of stakeholders
Providing ad hoc strategic analysis to support the decision-making process of the executive team
Required Qualifications – must have
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
Experience: 8–12 years’ experience in Investment Banking (M&A), Management Consulting or Private Equity, in roles focused on strategy, mergers & acquisitions and transactional services; proven experience in deal origination
Skills:
Preferred Qualifications – nice to have
German language skills
