Job summary

Vueling Airlines, part of the IAG Group, seeks an accomplished senior communications leader to define and implement the global corporate communications plan in alignment with business objectives. The role oversees international external communications across key markets, managing media relations and crisis communications to safeguard brand reputation.

You will lead the creation of campaigns, spokesperson programs, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading communications functions, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar senior role.
• 360 communications profile; consultancy experience is highly valued.
• Outstanding expertise in corporate and consumer communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Definition and management of the global corporate communications strategy, aligned with business objectives.
• Development of tailored communication plans to support lobbying, sustainability and other strategic corporate initiatives.
• Design of campaigns and tactical initiatives to influence public opinion and engage relevant KOLs.
• Execution and monitoring of communication activities in line with agreed objectives.
• Alignment, coordination and execution of communication plans with the IAG Group.
