Greenvolt Next Holding is seeking a Contract Senior Manager to safeguard contractual and commercial interests across large-scale EPC and PPA projects, advising top leadership on contractual obligations, risks, and claims. Based in Madrid or Lisbon with travel, you will drive risk management and ensure contractual compliance with clients and subcontractors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in contract and commercial management within large-scale EPC and PPA contracts.
• Experience with IFRS 16 rules is required.
• In-depth knowledge of international construction contracts, especially FIDIC (Yellow Book) and NEC3.
• Proven experience managing high-value contracts and complex claims in international, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert interpretation of contracts and subcontracts to project teams and leadership.
• Draft and coordinate contractual correspondence with clients and subcontractors.
• Lead preparation of variation proposals and value engineering proposals.
• Manage development and defence of claims, including EOT and loss and expense.
• Establish and maintain records to support variation and claim substantiation.
• Educate project teams on contractual obligations and best practices.
• Own and coordinate Risk & Opportunities process across DG BU's.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and management plans.
• Interface with legal, engineering, construction teams, clients and subcontractors.
