TecAlliance seeks an experienced Principal Global Cyber Compliance professional to lead our worldwide cyber compliance initiatives and align them with evolving regulations across regions. You will shape strategy, establish meaningful metrics, and work with Information Security, Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust processes and controls.

You will drive KPIs, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate with global peers to ensure timely policy

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Security, IT, Law, Quality Management, or related field.
• Several years of professional experience with cybersecurity laws and regulations (GDPR, NIS2, CRA).
• Experience with global and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize, set metrics, and drive improvement actions within scope.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the global cyber compliance strategy.
• Drive compliance with cybersecurity regulations and privacy laws (GDPR, NIS2, CRA).
• Define, implement, and maintain KPIs to measure compliance.
• Monitor global regulatory developments and adapt policies and controls.
• Coordinate compliance processes with global peers and Information Security.
• Maintain documentation of compliance status and stakeholders.
• Assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prioritize initiatives, establish metrics, and drive corrective actions.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews with evidence of compliance.
• Promote collaboration across departments and international stakeholders.
