Scopely is seeking an Associate Compensation Specialist to join the Total Rewards team in Barcelona, working primarily from the office. You will help run and improve global compensation programs, with focus on HRIS data, systems, process design, and scalable solutions.

You will partner with People Business Partners, talent acquisition and business leaders to ensure competitive pay practices and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Formación

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for data and cost analyses.
• Experience with compensation or total rewards analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• English language skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Run compensation programs. Support base-pay structures, annual/merit reviews, promotions, equity and incentive programs; contribute to plan documents and system enhancements.
• Administer compensation systems and workflows. Configure, test, document and improve processes in Workday with HRIS team collaboration.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys; participate in submissions and maintain salary ranges for internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Analyze data and present insights; build reports, dashboards and monitor data integrity.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity; participate in reporting and audits; document processes and maintain records.
• Drive continuous improvement; identify automation opportunities and Workday enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
