This role blends content publishing, community engagement, localization, and stakeholder coordination to ensure social experiences are relevant and impactful.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media, Community Management, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and content publishing workflows.
• Experience with social media management platforms; Sprinklr is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage publication and optimization of social media content, ensuring brand and platform standards.
• Foster community engagement by monitoring conversations and responding to audience interactions.
• Coordinate with marketing and social teams to support campaigns and ad hoc initiatives.
• Localize content for cultural relevance and language accuracy across EMEA.
• Plan and execute social activities around campaigns and events, including real-time engagement.
• Use social listening insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Support management of social media ecosystems to keep channels relevant and aligned with business goals.
