VML in Madrid seeks a Social Media Content Creator for Baby & Family Care to craft native, lo-fi content for TikTok, Instagram and beyond. You’ll turn trends into quick, authentic content and engage with communities in a way that feels fresh and true to the brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience creating content for social platforms and/or managing communities.
• Familiar with Baby and Family Care industry.
• A natural feel for TikTok and Instagram culture – you know what works, what doesn’t, and why.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) to work with global teams and content.
• Confident using creative tools (CapCut, Canva, IG/TikTok native editors).
• Proactive, creative mindset, comfortable with fast turnarounds and lo-fi creation.

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator (Baby & Family Care) – a social-first creative who loves making and managing content that feels native to TikTok, Instagram and beyond.

This role is about bringing ideas to life quickly and authentically: from baby care the latest trends and turning them into simple, lo-fi pieces of content, to engaging directly with communities in a way that feels fresh, fun and true to the brand.

• Create and edit social-first content (short-form video, reels, posts) using tools like CapCut, Canva and native TikTok/IG features.
• Stay on top of cultural and platform trends to turn them into quick, relevant content ideas.
• Manage day-to‑day community interactions: respond, engage and find opportunities to build brand love.
• Collaborate with the wider team (strategy, design, creative) to make sure all content is aligned and impactful.
• Keep an eye on performance and community feedback to help optimize future content.

What we’re looking for
