Fresenius Medical Care in Madrid is seeking an International Commercial Marketing Lead to bridge global strategy with country execution across CE markets. You will define segmentation, optimize product mix, and drive omnichannel campaigns that align with clinical evidence and value propositions.

Lead global, regional, and country marketing teams, monitor campaign impact, and enable effective local adaptation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop segmentation and targeting strategies using customer insights and analytics
• Optimize product mix to improve profitability across regions and customer segments
• Use CRM data to track execution, measure impact, and drive commercial priorities
• Create clinically credible and commercially effective customer-facing assets
• Enable consistent omnichannel execution across digital, sales, distributors, and clinical education channels
• Ensure messaging aligns with clinical evidence, product claims, and value propositions
• Monitor campaign performance and implement continuous improvements
• Lead and align global, regional, and country marketing teams
• Promote best practice sharing and partner closely with regional sales leaders
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global
