Job summary

MEDSIR, a Barcelona-based company, seeks a Global Clinical Project Manager to lead international MEDSIR-sponsored clinical trials in oncology. You will ensure trials are conducted on time and within budget, while maintaining quality and strong client relationships.

The role requires 4 years of clinical project management and a health-related university degree, with fluency in English and Spanish. A hybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 4 years clinical project management experience.
• University degree in a health-related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee international MEDSIR-sponsored clinical trials within established timeframes.
• Prepare project quality, client and team satisfaction metrics during reviews.
• Maintain an accurate risk-tracking record with mitigation plans.
• Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.
• Manage project planning and allocate resources based on priorities and budgets.
