Affidea BV is seeking a Change Manager to plan, manage and deliver the change-management approach for Digital Services projects. You will prepare countries, sites and users through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness planning, and local change-agent networks to support successful adoption.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in change management, business, communications, organisational development, project management, healthcare, digital transformation or a related field.
• Recognised change-management qualification or practical experience using a structured change methodology is desirable.
• Project-management, training, facilitation or process-improvement certification is advantageous.
• Fluent professional English; additional Affidea market languages are an advantage.
• Demonstrable experience leading change-management activities within digital, technology, operational or transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating communications, training, stakeholder engagement, local readiness and go-live support across multiple sites or countries.
• Experience working alongside Project Managers, Business Owners, operational leaders, technology teams and external suppliers.
• Healthcare or another regulated, multi-site environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience establishing change-agent or champion networks and supporting adoption after implementation is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the change-management strategy and integrated change plan for each assigned project, aligned with scope, milestones and risks.
• Assess impacts; identify stakeholder groups, adoption risks and readiness gaps.
• Define measurable change, readiness and adoption outcomes; track progress and report status.
• Develop and manage stakeholder engagement plans across sites, countries and leadership levels.
• Create and deliver audience-specific communications so teams understand what is changing and required actions.
• Ensure training content, user guides and documentation are developed and maintained.
• Plan training delivery by country and site, coordinating audiences, trainers and schedules.
• Establish local change-agent networks to support communication, readiness and adoption.
• Lead site-readiness planning with readiness criteria and escalation paths.
• Coordinate site-specific go-live hypercare and transition to business-as-usual support.
• Capture feedback and adoption barriers; coordinate mitigation actions.
• Partner with Project Manager on integrated planning and milestones.
• Support Business Owner in clarifying outcomes and sustaining sponsorship.
• Ensure change-deliverables are quality-checked and stored in repository.
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement of the framework.
