TD SYNNEX is offering a full-time internship in the Business Enablement team based in Barcelona, Spain. You will support execution of commercial programs, coordinate with Business Units, Sales, and Marketing, and help prepare enablement assets for customer engagements.

The role seeks a university student or recent graduate with interest in technology, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in Spanish and professional English. A monthly gross stipend of €1,000 is provided.

Formación

• University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Digital Business, Economics or related field.
• Previous internship in business operations, sales support, marketing or project coordination is a plus.
• Interest in technology, business processes, and commercial enablement.
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Comfortable with business tools, systems, and data tracking.
• Interest in AI tools and process improvement.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive mindset and adaptability.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent/native Spanish and professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution and follow-up of business enablement initiatives and proactive sales activities.
• Create, update and maintain activity information in internal systems with accurate tracking and reporting.
• Monitor activity progress and follow up with Business Units and Sales teams to ensure completion and capture of results.
• Act as coordination point between Business Units, Sales teams, Marketing and other internal stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for commercial activities, including one-pagers, emails, partner information and value propositions.
• Ensure sales teams have the required information and resources to engage customers.
• Collect feedback, results and insights to improve future initiatives.
• Prepare activity status reports and summaries to monitor execution and performance.
• Assist meeting organization, action tracking and follow-up.
• Maintain documentation and best practices to improve scalability and efficiency of programs.
