Job summary

Schindler is seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist to join the Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team in Madrid. You will empower finance and field operations with analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights while collaborating with Schindler IT to drive digital transformation.

You will partner with stakeholders to design impactful dashboards, shape budgeting and forecasting processes, and translate needs into clear requirements for delivery by cross-functional teams in a multinational

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding of user needs.
Proven ability to communicate with business stakeholders and development team.
2+ years of experience in project management using agile tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence.
2+ years in reporting, analytics or data management projects; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, finance, engineering).
Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
Fluency in English (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to develop impactful reports and dashboards.
Lead digitalization and automation projects related to reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
