Schindler, S.A. is seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist to shape finance through advanced BI and analytics. You will partner with stakeholders to craft impactful reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decisions, and lead digitalization projects in budgeting and forecasting.

You will translate user needs into clear requirements, manage backlogs, and collaborate with global teams to deliver maximum value in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding of user needs.
• 2+ years in project management using agile tools like Jira, SharePoint or Confluence.
• 2+ years in reporting, analytics or data management; experience with leading BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to develop impactful reports and dashboards driving data-driven decisions.
• Lead and contribute to digitalization and automation projects related to reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Translate user needs into clear functional requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Manage solution backlogs, prioritizing features to maximize value per release.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision making in a multinational environment.
• Collaborate across global teams to ensure clear communication and delivery.
