Job summary

Schindler is seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist to join the Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team in Madrid. You will empower finance and field operations with analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights while collaborating with Schindler IT to drive digital transformation.

You will partner with stakeholders to design impactful dashboards, shape budgeting and forecasting processes, and translate needs into clear requirements for delivery by cross-functional teams in a multinational

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding of user needs.
• Proven ability to communicate with business stakeholders and development team.
• 2+ years of experience in project management using agile tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence.
• 2+ years in reporting, analytics or data management projects; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, finance, engineering).
• Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2).

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Analyst to join our Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team within Global Finance. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Schindler IT to empower our finance and field operations colleagues worldwide with powerful analytics, business intelligence, and reporting capabilities.

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding of user needs. Proven ability to communicate with business stakeholders and development team.
• 2+ Experience in project management utilizing agile management tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in various reporting, analytics, or data management projects. Experience with a leading BI tool (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a relevant field.
• Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management (Minimum demonstrated B2).
