Schindler, S.A. is seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist to shape finance through advanced BI and analytics. You will partner with stakeholders to craft impactful reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decisions, and lead digitalization projects in budgeting and forecasting.

You will translate user needs into clear requirements, manage backlogs, and collaborate with global teams to deliver maximum value in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding of user needs.
• 2+ years in project management using agile tools like Jira, SharePoint or Confluence.
• 2+ years in reporting, analytics or data management; experience with leading BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) is a plus.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding of user needs. Proven ability to communicate with business stakeholders and development team.
• 2+ Experience in project management utilizing agile management tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in various reporting, analytics, or data management projects. Experience with a leading BI tool (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a relevant field.
• Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management (Minimum demonstrated B2).
