Flywire is seeking a benefits administrator to maintain global benefits programs across 15+ countries from Valencia. You will partner with People, Payroll, Finance and Legal to optimize processes, manage vendor relationships and respond to employee inquiries.

The role requires 2–4 years in benefits administration or HR operations, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and experience with HRIS (Workday is a plus). English fluency is essential as we operate globally.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (audits & reporting). HRIS experience (e.g., Workday) is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily benefits operations (enrollments, life events, open enrollment) and act as the first point of escalation for complex benefits and leave inquiries.
• Coordinate daily vendor operations, eligibility files, and renewals; support leave-of-absence logistics and return-to-work execution.
• Perform benefit audits, reconciliations, and system testing; document processes and create self-service guides for employees.
• Support rollout and ongoing administration of Flywire’s global recognition program.

The Opportunity

This newly created role keeps Flywire’s global benefits and leave programs running smoothly across 15+ countries. Working closely with People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams, you will optimize processes, manage vendor relationships, serve as a main escalation point for employees, and support our Total Rewards and Recognition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Escalations: Support daily benefits operations (enrollments, life events, open enrollment) and act as the first point of escalation for complex benefits and leave inquiries.
• Vendor & Leave Management: Coordinate daily vendor operations, eligibility files, and renewals. Support leave‑of‑absence logistics and return‑to‑work execution.
• Process Improvement & Compliance: Perform benefit audits, reconciliations, and system testing. Document processes and create self‑service guides for employees.
• Recognition Strategy: Support the rollout and ongoing administration of Flywire’s global recognition program.
• Experience: 2–4 years in benefits administration, HR operations, or Total Rewards.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (audits & reporting). HRIS experience (e.g., Workday) is a strong plus.
• Competencies: Strong organizational skills, process documentation capability, and fluency in English. Multi‑country benefits experience is highly preferred.
